Late stage PhD researcher Bishwa Ghimire is looking for someone interested in Nextflow, conda, docker, singularity, Git, CI/DC, unit testing to create a computational pipeline. The project will be a learning process and the co-creator does not need to be an expert in bioinformatics. There is a possibility for shared first authorship or second authorship depending on the contribution to the project. This is a perfect opportunity for a PhD student or an early-career researcher to get co-authorship in a high impact journal!
